Tonight, we recommend joining the locals at one of the boutique bars.

Nicknamed the City of a Thousand Spires, everywhere you look, Gothic, baroque, Renaissance and art nouveau styles dot Prague’s magical skyline. You’ll start your guided tour at Prague Castle, the world’s largest walled fortress, before making your way to St Vitus Cathedral. Then, cross over the Vltava River on the iconic Charles Bridge, before moving through the narrow, cobbled lanes and hidden courtyards of the Old Town. This is a great place to spend some free time.

Now familiar with the city, enjoy a day at your own pace! So much awaits within the Jewish Quarter, and the John Lennon Wall – a tribute to the former Beatle and peace campaigner – can’t be missed. Tonight, why not learn about Prague’s long-held passion for beer. A hearty meal of traditional Czech food, such as pork chilli, sauerkraut, dumplings and lots of gravy, is a must.
